Jekyll Island, Georgia, was the first retirement travel stop for the Retirement Travelers in their 2020 Airstream adventure across the United States. They are planning to visit all the National Parks in the lower 48.
In this video they stayed at the Jekyll Island campground and saw some amazing scenery of this beautiful island. The entire island is a state park.
They discovered Driftwood Beach at sunrise, where John went for an early morning run.
John and Bev both went biking along low country marshes filled with birds. They stopped to watch some young people enjoying the beach and catching crabs. They ride under the canopy of live oak trees and Spanish while exploring the renowned Historic District.
Laugh along with them as they learn the fine art of RVing in America. Be sure to put Jekyll Island, Georgia, on your bucket list.
