The Retirement Travelers continue their retirement travel and visit the very first US National Park, Yellowstone, along with Grand Teton National Park just to the south.
They enter from the north through the iconic Roosevelt Arch and see an abundance of great wildlife, i.e. bison, elk and a variety of birds. They see Yellowstone Canyon, which offers scenic waterfall views and vistas. The geothermal features of Yellowstone, such as Mammoth Hot Springs, Norris Geyser Basin and Old Faithful set this place apart from all others. This incredibly unique landscape should be on everyone’s travel bucket list.
The Grand Tetons rise steeply out of the valley floor and offer stunning views of the mountains, beautiful alpine lakes and great hiking. John becomes a “Junior Ranger” and they find themselves in another “pickle!”
Be sure you add Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Park to your retirement travel plans.
