Major Attractions

Hershey Park

This amusement park is Hershey’s top attraction and features all sorts of rides and aquatic shows for the children and adults. The park was built in the early 20th century and has expanded over time to accommodate thousands of tourists. Hershey Park also has many rides. Don’t miss a tour of the Hershey Factory to see how Hershey Kisses are made!

Presque Isle State Park

Located on a peninsula, the Presque Isle State Park is an important transport center and a favorite spot among tourists who love the sun. The beach here is quite famous for the colorful glass often found on its shore. Most days, the isle is filled with sunbathers, swimmers, and kite-flyers. In addition, the sunset point in the park is a hit among photographers for its mesmerizing views.

Philadelphia Museum of Art

Apart from having an extensive art collection, the museum building is iconic, as featured in the ‘Rocky’ movies. In addition, the museum is a haven for art enthusiasts as it has an extensive European collection that includes works by Monet, Renoir, Manet, and Picasso and a sculpture garden.

Fallingwater

Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Fallingwater is mainly famous due to its organic structure. The house was built in the 1930s and is considered a treasure of American architecture. Despite being built over a waterfall, the building gracefully blends into its natural surroundings. In addition, the house is decorated with art and sculptures of various sizes and nationalities, which make the site aesthetically pleasing.

Carnegie Museum of Natural History

The museum was founded by Andrew Carnegie in 1896 and is considered one of the best natural museums in the country. There are dinosaur skeletons and fossils from the authentic Mesozoic Era. In the Cretaceous Seaway exhibit, you will find fossils of ancient underwater species over 80 million years old. The Age of Mammals Exhibit features fossils from the Cenozoic Era and Ice Age and provides an exciting insight into the early life forms on our planet.
