The Manitou Incline: The Best of Colorado Hiking
The Manitou Incline is highlighted in our Colorado Travel vlog. We hiked the incredible Incline and other adventures in Colorado Springs. Our visit started with a drive to the top of Pike’s Peak, known as America’s mountain. John then takes you on a steep hike near Manitou Springs up the Manitou Incline, which has 2768 steps and rises 2000’ in elevation in less than a mile, for some incredible views. It is one of the best hikes in Colorado Springs and one of the best day hikes in all of Colorado.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
We also visit the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, which might be the best in America, to act like a kid again. The giraffe feeding and also feeding of the elephants and birds along the way added to the adventure. We conclude with a short hike in the Garden of the Gods park and discuss our upcoming travel adventures, but the Manitou Incline remains one of the best memories.
