Visiting Oaxaca, a city which is known for its deeply rooted traditions and enriched by Spanish influences, offers an unforgettable food journey. The city’s restaurants are some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We indulged in iconic dishes like mole, tlayudas, and tamales, all prepared with fresh local ingredients. Oaxaca’s celebration of mezcal, with many places offering tastings and tours, adds to its allure. With warm hospitality and rich cultural heritage, you will have a wonderful experience and some great meals.
While you are visiting Mexico and if find yourself in San Miguel de Allende, we also did a SMA restaurant guide to that amazing city as well.
