December to April is the best time to visit St. Kitts and Nevis since it is the least hot period of the year, while being outside the hurricane season. February to April are the driest months of this period. In the summer, the weather is much warmer and can be muggy, as thunderstorms are more frequent. While they are present, they rarely have heavy rainfalls. Beware, August and September do have hurricanes from time to time, and those months have the most thunderstorms. We like rain on an island, just not hurricanes!
