It’s the perfect spot to catch a break from the sun, enjoy fresh and rejuvenating drinks and cocktails, enjoy live music, or casually people-watch while enjoying a paradise on earth, Maui. We tasted the authentic flavors of Maui, Hawaii that are loaded into every dish and drink. The atmosphere is friendly and lively a true Hawaiian specialty. Mauis’ first and most well-known farm-to-table restaurant is the Hali’imaile General Store. It sits on a wore out pineapple and sugar cane plantation, giving the establishment an authentic Hawaiian vibe and atmosphere. They specialize in innovative and native fish dishes, caught fresh every day, and an array of vegan and vegetarian options with fresh and locally grown produce. If you are looking for the best farm-to-table experience in Maui, Hali’imaile General Store is hard to beat.

Mama’s Fish House
Mama’s Fish House is a romantic oceanside restaurant that has been serving delicious Hawaiian and seafood dishes for over 40 years. As soon as we walked through the doors, the hospitality was unmatched, and we felt valued and catered to throughout the rest of their evening. We made reservations in advance, as Mamas books out months ahead. We believe it is in high demand thanks to its intimate setting, seaside views, and delicious dishes. Menu favorites include the crispy catch of the day, bouillabaisse paired with a signature cocktail, and house-made ice cream.
Ka’ana Kitchen
Ka’ana Kitchen is located within the Hyatt Wailea Resort. It is one of the best hotel restaurants in all of Maui, Hawaii. The menu features an array of Hawaiian and American-style dishes. Each is cooked with a unique, authentic twist from island native Issac Bancaco. It was the perfect place for us to go for a night of fine dining, mouth-watering meals, or romantic date nights. We enjoyed seeing the ocean during the amazing sunsets. House favorites include the prime striploin and fried chicken coated in mochi.
Tin Roof
We enjoyed the atmosphere of the Tin Roof. It is one of our favorites in the Kahului sector, because it blends Hawaiian and Filipino flavors. It’s famous for its customizable and affordable menu and is one of the best places to eat in Maui. It features an array of noodle and stirs fry bowls suited for every craving and desire. Begin with rice or noodles, and then create a personalized dish with traditional sauces, toppings, and suggestions from chef Sheldon Simeon for a mouth-watering explosion.
